DPC provides same day sick visit, wholesale prices on labs, and individual tailored health care that you deserve. We stand for personalized patient-centered care, devoting out time with you, where it counts.

Direct Primary Care Members Services

As a member, you have access to a range of services designed to support your overall health, including

  • Sick Visits

  • Phone and Virtual Visits

  • Follow-up Visits

  • Chronic Care Management

  • Lab work Discussion and Optimization

DPC membership range from $149 monthly for individuals to $299 monthly for a family of four.
