Receive an in-person evaluation for a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Exam at our Martinsville, VA location. We offer a physical exam that meets US DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements for a commercial driver’s license.

There may be forms or information that must be completed or brought to the clinic with your visit.  Please call for specific details if you take any prescribed medications, have sleep apnea, or significant health issues like depression, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, seizures or a history of any heart surgery or stroke.
